Um.. alright. I live in a tiny little studio.

Which is located in Seoul.. you know, the capital city South Korea. Anyway..

And um, you know, I recently moved there.. and um.. I really love my home because it’s really comfy.

Uh, even though it’s such a small place.. but um.. it’s just perfect for me.

And you know, I don’t really need a big place.

I just need a nice, small place, you know, where I can come and simply relax.

And because it’s so small, you know, it’s easy for me to have this place cleaning.. um.. you know, just always so clean. Because whenever I vacuum, it takes me like.. I don’t know.. 10 minutes?

In this case, I think a studio is awesome.

But you know, one thing I don’t like about a studio.. um.. is that it’s just a little bit loud, because it’s not soundproof.. so I can hear everyone in the next room.  // 긍정ž부정 전략(99ž1 전략)

But other than that, everything about my studio is just wonderful.  // 다시 긍정으로 돌아옴

[Rule]

4. Don’t use 2 descriptive or feeling words using “and”.

무언가를 묘사하거나 감정 단어 2개를 말할 때, “and” 사용하지 않기

→ Comfy and cozy (X) / Crispy and crunchy (X) / Juicy and tender (X) / Wind down and relax (X)

 

5. Talk about one thing, and one thing only.

한 가지에 대해서만 말하기

 

6. If you get nervous and have nothing to say, go right to the conclusion.

긴장이 되고 할 말이 없을 땐, 바로 결론으로 가기

 

7. Make “honest excuses” later. Not in the beginning.

“솔직한 변명”은 나중에 하기. 처음 부분에서 하지 않기
